A little drone work today for Orange County Superior Concrete. A very technical backyard pool and a huge retaining wall for a homeowner.

A little drone work today. Sometimes it's not about altitude, it's about getting the most pleasing point of view and under the wires.

Aperture. That's what you need to think of to get this kind of photo. Aperture Priority (A) or Manual Mode (M) selecting the Largest Opening--Smallest Number (aperture) IE: 1.4, 2.8, 5.6 depending on the your lens. I photographed these pigeons after work one morning hanging on the railing at the Newburgh Water Front. I was trying to pick one out of the crowd, the whole railing was full pigeons. Ok Friends, We are somewhat coup up. so I thought I share a few photos. Here is what I was thinking and how I wanted the end result to look and how I achieved it. So in this photo I wanted to catch Smokey Running. I let him walk a good distance away from me and then called him back. ... My thought was #1shutter speed. I wanted to catch the action.1/1000 second #2 blur the background a bit so it's not too distracting. IE: Highest Aperture( Lowest Number). F5,6. 3-How do I get these numbers to work? Either Manual mode or Shutter Priority. Either one will work but in Manual you have to adjust the ISO to achieve your desired settings.. Now this photo is a bit photo shopped but for only the color and sharpness. If anyone has questions, please ask. .
