Great email from a satisfied Erie Insured to start this week off. Bob: Over the weekend I hit a deer with my car which sustained significant damage. I contacted Erie Insurance from the side of the road and I have to say I was so pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service I received. I have always been treated well by you and your staff, but didn’t expect the same level of courtesy and professionalism from the weekend call center. They were wonderful. Maria mad...e sure I was safe, had a tow truck arranged and made a reservation for a rental car I am picking up in an hour. Already this morning the adjuster, Dan Deluke, has been in touch to coordinate with the body shop. Instead of a disastrous weekend, all I dealt with was an inconvenience.
