**COVID-19 UPDATE** 06/01/2020 We are happy to announce that we have been given clearance by Gov Cuomo to reopen our office. Due to the governors surprise announcement our regularly scheduled appointments will resume the week of June 15th. Over the past 12 weeks we've had to cancel over 500 appointments, as well as had patients with situations that have come up and have been patiently waiting for some resolution. We ask your patience and understanding while we get back on ...track with our scheduling. We will be prioritizing any emergency that came up during the PAUSE. Then we will be rescheduling on a first cancelled first rescheduled basis. Patients that have requested to be placed on a call list during this time will also be scheduled with priority. While the office has been closed we have been working on a re-opening plan that complies with OSHA, CDC, ADA and the NY State guidelines to ensure we do everything possible to keep our patients and staff safe and healthy. We have installed air purifiers with UV sanitizers in each operatory as well as counter shields; along with COVID-19 protocols that are outlined on the attached picture. **COVID-19 Update** May 12, 2020 Our office continues to be closed for all routine care and non-emergency appointments. If you are having an emergency please call (516)622-9394 or PM us here. Unfortunately our goal to reopen on May 18th is not going to be possible. Gov Cuomo has made it clear that the state is being opened on a regional basis based on metrics related to COVID-19, and in phases based on type of work. Long Island does not currently have the COVID-19 metrics that are needed to allow the region to re-open. Without a clear date as to when we will be able to reopen we urge you check here regularly as we will be updating information as we receive it. Please note that our office is in the process of implementing new guidelines in order to keep our patients and staff safe and healthy. Hoping to see you all soon.

**COVID-19 Update** Our office continues to be closed for all routine care and non-emergency appointments. If you are having an emergency please call (516)622-9394 or PM us here. Currently the government mandate is until May 15th. We plan to reopen on May 18th on a limited schedule prioritizing patients with pain and existing problems. Routine dental care and cleanings will resume and be scheduled once all emergencies have been addressed. **COVID-19 UPDATE** Beginning Tuesday March 17 we will be postponing all elective procedures and will only treat dental emergencies. This will help alleviate the burden dental emergencies may place on hospitals. All patients will be screened via telephone before given an appointment and adequate time will be given between patients to ensure acceptable social distancing and disinfection. If you have a regularly scheduled appointment within the next few weeks please feel free to call and have it rescheduled for April. All Emergencies should be directed to our main office line 516-622-9394.

In an effort to do our part in helping prevent the spread of the Corona Virus we are asking patients that are having flu like symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath or symptoms of acute respiratory illness to please stay home and reschedule their appointments. Also patients who are in contact with others who exhibit the afore mentioned symptoms should also reschedule appointments. Appointments should be reschedule for 14 days after you or the effected individual is symptom free. Our number one priority is to keep our patients and their families safe and healthy.

This month we celebrate our 10 year Anniversary! I want to thank all of my family, friends and patients (who over the years have become family and friends) for all your support. I remember 10 years ago hoping and praying that the phone would ring and that I could fill a days worth of work at least weekly and working part time at another office. Now with your help I’ve grown into a practice that’s opened 6 days a week. All your referrals and trust in me to treat your friends and family has gotten me here. Thanks and Love to you, Tania
