Upper Schoolers delivered red bags filled with donations for the African Dream Academy, a free school for children in Liberia. This is the 3rd year 91st Street has partnered with the Brick Church School to support their Red Bag Campaign. #sh91
In celebration of Hispanic Heritage month, these Kindergarteners learned about Argentina. Each class in the Lower School studied a different Spanish-speaking country. #sh91
Faculty and staff built anti-racist language and DEI skills with consultant Martha Haakmat today before breaking into small groups to discuss one of four anti-racist community reads. 91st Street's anti-racist work is rooted in Sacred Heart's educationalmission, particularly Goal III: a social awareness that impels to action. #sh91

In preparation for Saturday's Virtual Walk for Uganda to benefit SH schools there, students are offering mini Ugandan flags and stickers designed by a 91st Street senior. Students hope to be able to send 10 children to school for one year. #sh91
Congratulations to the 10 Upper Schoolers commissioned as Eucharistic Ministers at today's Holy Spirit Prayer Service. Each minister received a cross and a loaf of bread symbolizing her important new responsibility. #sh91
