We’ve all been there. Learning something new SUCKS! We love to live in our comfort zone because we already know the end result, regardless if it is good or bad for us.... We need to be able & willing to step out of that comfort zone especially if we truly want to experience CHANGE. Whether it’s physical or mental. Spend the weekend trying something new. Even if it’s just being open to a new mental space that can make room for change in the future. Regardless, find the beauty and fun in it, especially if it’s tough for you. NEW CLASS ADDED FRIDAY We’ve added a new class Move n’ Play on Fridays @ 6pm Come try something different than our usual programming and challenge yourself before the weekend gets started!!! .... This Class is designed behind the fundamentals of obstacle course preparation, awareness and racing (if the individual chooses). Our goal is to better prepare the individual/Athlete through functional movement excercises and build the necessary skills and confidence to complete any obstacle course of their interest. I.e Spartan, Tough Mudder or even your first 5k. . Not interested in competing? Forget about working out, let’s go back to our playground days and come to this class for a FUN time! .
