ALFRESCO DINING = all over town! As part of NYC’s phase 2 reopening, restaurants can only offer outdoor dining. For the 1st time, this city is flexible with allowing sidewalk (or in-street) dining more easily. Here are some samples of options with 2-15 tables between 43rd and 53rd Streets on 2nd Ave., alone. As simple and basic as they may be, it’s a pleasure to dine outdoors in this exciting town! Hopefully this will become a permanent part of NYC life, even after phase 3 reopening begins July 6.
