Increase sales. The biggest mistake rookie sales reps make is that they get in the door, and are overly eager to tell the prospect all about the product. They are full of new product knowledge, and make the priority sharing that info. Instead the priority should be listening to what the prospect needs and making the product relevant to what the prospect shared.
