Salt & Smoke Barbecue

Too busy to take photos but it looked like everyone had a good time. Tom & Melissa celebrated their I dos and we were honored to have played a part in their special day. Tons of passed apps, a full barbecue buffet for dinner and some local Briemier pies and ice cream for dessert. A special shout out to our team who we are blessed to have work so hard for us and make us look so good.

Hey everybody, we have been quite lately on Facebook but the smoker has been roaring. We have had a busy season thanks to all of you and this weekend will be our first "off" since late May. In the last 12 weeks or so we have had 17 events (yes that means we have even had some double and triple booked weekends) and every one of them has been a blast. We are giving ourselves and our smoker a couple days of rest before we amp up for a big wedding bash in a couple weeks. Until then think happy thoughts and enjoy whats left of the summer Dan & Cait
