Brewing a wet hopped beer means that we’ve added freshly picked hops to the brew. This is only possible during harvest season because, once harvested, there is a very short window for the fresh hops to be usable. We’ve wet hopped the Evergreen with 6lbs of nugget and cascade from a dear neighbor! Th...ere are other hop additions of chinook, cascade & centennial in the brew as well.
