Thought I’d share my #mobilitymonday post from yesterday that I shared on my other social media. Take a listen to hear what muscle groups are being primed when you’re about to perform your compound lift! The following movements are 5 repetitions of: -Bent over row -Straight Leg Deadlift -Strict cleans... -Shoulder press -Squats -Good mornings This is a great complex to perform before whatever lift you’re about to perform. It by no means will help prevent all injuries, but it will definitely help warm up and prime those muscles for your workout! If a barbell is too much weight, feel free to use a PVC pipe instead! Hey everyone! I'm so happy to be able to advertise finally in light of all of the recent events from COVID-19. Chiropractic care is now able to be utilized all over NY state regardless of condition. I will have a lot more available hours starting July 14th, so I apologize that it's tougher to schedule appointments at the moment. I am still serving with the NYARNG in response to COVID-19, so my hours are very limited for the moment. If you would like an appointment as soon as ...possible, please reach out and I will try my best to accommodate to see you and help you. As a reminder, I make sure that people remain as socially distanced as possible when coming in for treatment. This means no more than one person in the waiting room at a time. A mask will be required to enter the building, however once you are in a treatment room, you are permitted to take the mask off in order to relax as much as possible during treatment. I promise I will be wearing a mask during your entire treatment. All tables are cleaned after each session for the safety of others.
