Prospects usually don’t ask the real questions up-front. They’re great at asking smokescreen questions that hide the real question and its intent. By jumping in and providing a quick answer, you may box yourself in.... For example, a prospect may ask, Does your firm have experience with XXX? Before doing an info-dump, ask, ’ . ? Find the true intent behind the question before answering.
