I appreciate every person who contacts me and asks about a cake or a cake price ...but honestly no matter how much we go back and forth I'm not going to reduce the cost. If you can get it cheaper some place else..by all means do so...please do not push thinking I'm going to reduce my prices as I try and remain professional at all times but believe me ..I have a limit ...

I can not emphasize enough...when you order a custom cake do not send someone to pick up that is not qualified to approve the look of the cake and to sign our contract that fully explains that we do not offer refunds, that you 100% approve your cake and that you are 100% happy woth the cake that you are leaving with it from the store . It clearly states that if you are not happy that by no means do you have to pay for or take your cake. We are 100% NYS certified and have ev...ery permit NYS requires so threatening to call the department of health really does nothing so please do feel free to call whomever you think is going to care that you didn't like your cake AFTER you signed a contract and left with the cake Calling the store being nasty and making threats is not appropriate nor will it be tolerated.
