Santa's Attic and Mrs. Claus' Kitchen

Who said chili is just for the big game? Enjoy some homemade chili on your eggs. Delicious in an omelet (compliments of my husband's gourmet omelet station this morning at breakfast)! Morning breakfast omelet: 3 eggs 1 scallion (diced)... 1/4 cup spinach 3-4 cherry tomatoes Micro greens 1/4 cup turkey chili (using Mrs. Claus' kitchen hot chili cabin mix) Cheddar cheese (optional) Sauté scallion and spinach in pan, add in whipped eggs and cheese if using. Fold omelet cooking till desired doneness. Top with tomatoes, chili and micro greens.

Looking for something fun to do and start some holiday shopping? Stop by this weekend for some Christmas festivities at the Classy Craft show in Queensbury. We will be there sampling lots of goodies, with some wonderful craft gifts for sale from lots of talented crafters!

Looks like it's going to be a soup weekend. In the mood and looking to do some holiday shopping after the snow stops swing by the Shaker Museum in Albany next to the airport. Santa's Attic and Mrs. Claus' Kitchen has a booth filled with all our specialty blends for the kitchen, holiday decorations, and homemade gifts.

Feeling hungry tonight? Stop by the Shirt Factory Food Vendor Fair today from 4:30-8:00 for some great eats in Queensbury on Lawrence Street. Mrs. Claus' Kitchen will be there tonight sampling some spice blends. I will have plenty of soup mixes and chili mix on hand, in addition to my full line of spices for sale. Can't make it tonight stop in during the week to "Made in Upstate N.Y. ". They carry my full line of soup blends! See you there, every Thursday night through the end of September.
