Dear Brothers and Sisters, We are very elated to announce that the Santiago Iglesias Educational Society will be having its first in person meeting since February of 2020. The meeting will be held at the Joint Industry Board balcony lounge on Thursday June 24, 2021 at 5 P.M., food and beverages will be served. The president of the Jose Lopez Memorial Scholarship Fund, Erland Castillo will be presenting a scholarship to this year’s recipient and Business Representative Benjami...n Arana will give his monthly report on the industry. Please come show your support. Guest speaker will be SIES Advisor and Mayor of Parsippany, NJ Michael Soriano. Social distancing will be practiced and everyone vaccinated or not must wear a mask. Thank you. Due to the reinstatement of all club meetings, we will be collecting the 2021 Annual Club Dues. The club dues collected helps offset the financial requirements it takes to run the club throughout the year. The amount remains at $30 per year. WE’RE BACK! General Membership Meeting, Thursday, June 10, 2021 The June General Membership Meeting will be held this week on Thursday 6/10 with considerably less restrictions than over the past year. This will be the annual Hot Dog meeting. There will be two entrances on the Parsons Boulevard side of the Courtyard with temperature checks and union card scanners.... In order to access the Auditorium for the meeting, proof of vaccine will be required with either your vaccination card, a photo of that card, or the Excelsior Pass/digital app. Speakers will be set up in the Courtyard for those not yet fully vaccinated and the overflow crowd.
