In a year marked by constant change, the Sarah Lawrence community has much to be proud of. President Judd, in her "year in review, shares some of the highlights, accomplishments, difficult decisions, and her vision for the College's future.

A new album from singer, songwriter, and alumna Diana Jones '84, strives to center the voices of migrant women. "'Song to a Refugee' lends compassion to the struggles of immigrants fleeing terror and persecution in their homelands."

In support of President Biden’s goal for 70% of adult Americans to receive their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by the Fourth of July, Sarah Lawrence is joining the The White House, Dept. of Education, and colleges across the nation in the COVID College Challenge. Together, we'll help members of the community learn more about the vaccines for COVID-19 and encourage them to make a plan to get vaccinated. Already a large number of SLC students, faculty, and staff are vacci...nated and that number climbs higher every week, vastly exceeding the averages for New York and the country. The vaccines are safe and effective and getting vaccinated as soon as you are able will help save lives and end the pandemic. Senior Asavari Sharma, who is currently participating in the Intensive Semester in Yonkers program, recently guest hosted the ArtsWestchester "Sewing Community" podcast, connecting with Yonkers resident (and mother of an SLC graduate) Haifa Bint-Kadi, a Palestinian-American public mosaic artist and educator.
