Blueberries anyone? Growing wild right here. These little wonders pack a huge punch of antioxidant power and brain health. New studies even show that blueberries, especially wild, can help improve memory. Not to bad for a little berry!

The farm house over the last two weeks has been going through a transformation. We have a new roof!!!! Today is the last day, just a few finishing touches.

Out in the sugar bush on the land today finishing setting up our tap lines and enjoying the breezy sunshine snow. Happy to be able to participate in New York's Maple Weekend and the harvest of the season. :-) Many thanks to friends and neighbors.
