Saratoga Chapel Weekly Spotlight March 1, 2020 WELCOME VISITORS Thank you for worshiping with us this morning. Please stay and visit with us during coffee hour after the service. Nursery is available throughout the service. Children ages 4 and up are dismissed for Junior Church during the service. Please fill out the Visitor Card in the bulletin and drop it in offering plate, so we can acknowledge you and get to know you better.... WEDNESDAY PRAYER TIME: The chapel will have a prayer time on Wednesday at 6:30. Since the church now has WIFI, you can connect with those at the chapel from your own home. Please see Pastor Jim for details WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY: A new women’s Bible study on Ephesians recently began and will meet weekly on Friday at 9:30 11:00 at the church. We are using a workbook written by Keri Kolmar that encourages lots of personal interaction and application. If you are interested in joining us, please see either Paulette Strong or Carol Hale. ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS: A new Sunday school series is starting. It will focus on understanding the minor prophets & why they matter today. Class starts at 8:45 am APPLICATIONS are being accepted for the position of Administrative Assistant for First Presbyterian Church, Schenectady. The position is full time, 35-40 hrs/wk, and includes paid vacation. Personal leave time, health insurance and other benefits. THANK YOU - We want to thank all of you for the love you demonstrated through your help and support during the days following my mom’s Homegoing and her memorial service. We are grateful for those who coordinated the luncheon and all who helped provide the delicious food, the hands and strong muscles who helped set up the sanctuary for the service and the luncheon that followed, the technical support at the computer and sound board, all who were able to attend, and those who stood with us in prayer.
