Saratoga Reads!

February is Black History Month! In case you missed our Martin Luther King Day program with C.R.E.A.T.E. Community Studios, we're taking this opportunity to share the recorded version with you now. This program looks at how art is used for social change, displays examples of works completed by local artists, and discusses how to create more art in our area that engages community members, gives voice to important issues and makes room for a diverse group of people to participate. #SaratogaREADS Junior has more 70 students in grades 4-6 registered for this year's program. This means that we are COMPLETELY FULL. We love this year's junior selection and still strongly encourage kids to participate in SaratogaREADS! or perhaps, our #ReadWoke Challenge by reading "Wishtree" by Katherine Applegate.
