A big shout out to SCC fitness coach Cory who lit it up at the USPA meet yesterday. He broke two PR’s, won his division and overall best lifter for the meet. Amazing dedication, work ethic by this guy striving to always get better. If your a middle schooler looking to get stronger or if you have aspirations of playing a college sport you should give him a shout. He has a lot of knowledge on nutrition, technique and workout plans for all kinds of athletes.

Madden keeps making steady gains. Got to celebrate tonight as he increased his throwing velocity again. Get 1 % better every month. It’s a marathon not a sprint. Keep getting after big guy
