Happy New Year! We Hope everyone enjoyed the holidays! I wanted to take a moment to clarify that the salon and spa are NOT closed due to covid. Unfortunately Sally and I (Kristy) both have been in recent contact with clients who have since tested positive. Although we were not required to do so, we have both decided, out of an abundance of caution, to quarantine. We both hope to be back this week and look forward to seeing everyone! We continue to take every precaution possible at the salon and spa, such as regular cleaning, limiting the number of people in at one time, wearing masks, etc. Thank you for your continued support and stay safe!

Hello everyone! We are working hard to prepare for our return to the salon. Sadly, we just learned that spa service are NOT included in the phase 2 reopening. (If all goes as planned businesses in phase 2 can open on Tuesday June 2nd) Please understand that this will be an extremely challenging undertaking as we weave our way through the process. We will be working diligently and as fairly as possible to get people in for appointments in a timely manner. We will not be able t...o double book appointments, (color with another color in between) as it is important to have to smallest number of people in the salon at one time. This may mean that you will be asked to wait longer in between appointments and even as you wait for that 1st, highly anticipated appointment. We will be working from the canceled March appointments forward, as this is the fairest way to approach the process. If you had booked several advanced appointments please do not assume these will still be honored. Check with your individual stylist to see how those appointments will be handled. We are really having to start with a clean slate. I personally (Kristy) will be booking in two week increments for the first few weeks in case we see things close down again. This will also help ensure everyone gets in once before return appointments. Your patience is greatly appreciated and your support throughout this has been so awesome!! Thank you, thank you! I also wanted to briefly talk about some of the things we will be asking of you. Everyone MUST wear a mask before entering. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided. Gloves will be available for anyone that desires them as well. Please wait in your car until we call you in for your appointment. This allows for the previous client to leave and for us to do the necessary cleaning/disinfecting. Please bring your own reading materials and beverage as we will not be able to provide them for the time being. Anything you bring with you must leave with you. Please come with your hair washed to allow for less backup at the sinks. (Only one stylist and client will be able to be there at a time) Also know that is highly recommended to avoid blow drying at this time. Blow drying will only be done if it is necessary for the accuracy of the haircut. We will be cleaning after each client as well as regularly for all door knobs and regularly touched surfaces. The desk will not be utilized at this time. Payment and bookings will be done at the stylist station. We will continue to closely monitor NYS requirements as well as suggestions for cleaning and disinfecting. An opening plan will be available for anyone to view at the salon. Hello everyone! We are so excited that we can start the reopening process! Please be patient and let us contact you. We will do our best to get everyone in in a timely manner but realize this will be a process. The only fair way to rebook is to start with the missed March appointments and work forward from there. We can also not have as many people in the salon as we would under normal circumstances so this will also slow the process. We are doing everything we can to keep us all safe and healthy. We are looking forward to seeing all of you!
