As part of an effort to give back to the community, Dr. Suh and our very talented and well versed assistant, Nidhi Ganatra, took part in the Career Fair Event at the Children's Village in Greenburgh. It was a most excellent experience to see so many children approach our table and ask about being a dentist and telling us that they would like to become dentists in the future. Fun was had by all and we, at Scarsdale Dental Center, wanted to share some of our photos.

To our friends and patrons of the Jewish Community we would like to wish you a Happy Shavuot Holiday. It is very curious that this Holiday should fall on Memorial Weekend. The Torah was given by Gd to the Jewish people on Mount Sinai more than 3300 years ago. Every year on the holiday of Shavuot the Jewish Community renews their acceptance of God’s gift, and God re-gives the Torah. The word Shavuot means weeks. It marks the completion of the seven-week counting period between Passover and Shavuot. In Israel it is marked in celebrations of white banners and decorations all over the country, parades of people dressed in white etc.
