This regulation requires agencies to establish and enf...orce plans for social distancing while is station, use of masks while in the ambulance and disinfection of equipment and vehicles. The regulations are linked below. The Bureau will be conducting ongoing enforcement of these regulations. Violations may include: 1. Warning Letter 2. Statement of Deficiency. 3. Notice of Violation. Violations may carry a fine of $1,000 per occurrence and may be issued to an EMS Provider of EMS Agency. I wanted to reach out to the Town of Schoharie/Wright residents. Rest assured during these uncertain times, the men and women of the Scho-Wright Ambulance Service are continuing to provide services to both towns. We are cancelling meetings until March 31st, at which time we will evaluate the situation and proceed from there. We have encouraged all our members to respond to calls with gloves and masks minimally and other PPE as we feel necessary. Please if you are able to... stay in, do so. The more people that comply with these requests the sooner we will able to start to get our lives back to normal. Please continue to practice social distancing and most importantly wash your hands.
