We are seeking a skilled and reliable general laborer/assistant foreman to join Schrader Construction. In this role you will be coordinating and overseeing jobs and sites along with assisting in jobs that include: paving/sealing, tree removal, roof repairs and siding, interior remodeling and snow removal. Duties include: Coordinating job tasks, plans and schedules; job monitoring and organization; loading and unloading tools; preparing sites; use of construction and maintenan...ce tools/equipment to complete jobs; safe operation of tools including drills, saws, etc; clean up after job sites daily; clean/store/maintain tools and machinery. Paving/sealing experience is a plus! Requirements: Must be 18 years or older; High school degree and minimum of three years experience; physical ability to stand, bend, squat, lift; must have valid drivers license; must have reliable transportation; owning tools is a plus. Wage based on experience and raises based on performance starting at $21.50/hour. Benefit eligible after 90 days.
