COVID-19 Vaccine Update: Vaccination is currently underway for individuals in Phase 1A and we are prepared to start rolling out this vaccine to further community members as soon as the state announces the start of future phases. We are also happy to share that the state has moved people 75 and older forward into Phase 1B. NYS has not provided us with a concrete starting date for Phase 1B yet, but please be patient and stay tuned to the local news and our website and social media for updates including when and where eligible people can get vaccinated.
Wishing you a happy and healthy New Year!

COVID-19 vaccine update: NYS is currently in Phase 1A of their vaccine administration plan. See the image to learn which individuals are part of 1A. People in Phase 1A are being vaccinated by hospitals, federally qualified health centers, and by local health departments including Schuyler County Public Health. It is anticipated that it may take the month of January to finish vaccinating people in Phase 1A and we hope that vaccination of individuals in Phase 1B is able to ...start by early February. We will provide updates, including who is eligible and where to get vaccinated, as things progress and the vaccine becomes more widely available. Please note - NYSDOH may update the Phases and who is included in each at any time. You can also learn more about NYS’s phased vaccine distribution plan at https://covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/phased-distribution-va. See more
