Some of you have had questions regarding the COVID-19 vaccine that will be available to the residents of our facility. Educational information regarding the vaccine is available on our website at www.scrnrc.com The consent form for the vaccine is posted as well and we ask that you complete the consent and return to the facility no later than December 21, 2020. As a reminder, we will continue to update our website daily to provide you with current information regarding the... impact of COVID at the facility, including visitation restrictions, the number of confirmed COVID cases and COVID-related deaths for the previous day. If you can’t access the website, please contact our social work department at 718-372-4500 for any additional COVID-related or specific information regarding your loved one. It’s the holiday season!! Decorating your home with indoor Christmas and Hanukkah decorations is a perfect way to welcome the holiday season. Today, Sea Crest was dressed up for the upcoming holidays bringing joy and hope to our residents, employees and visitors.

We all came together as one at Sea Crest today and took a brief moment of silence in remembrance for those that lost their lives, and for all those that gave their lives. We remember. Sea Crest will never forget.

Summer is officially here. Our Staff were excited to serve our residents ice cream on a sunny afternoon. Sunshine is coming to Coney Island Sea Crest. Let’s enjoy the wonderful summer to come.

Sea Crest celebrated on a wonderful day national skilled nursing care week. Along with our big celebration we announced our two great employees of the month of May Dille and Nicole for their dedication and care, they make a difference.
