PANDEMIC PASTORS... Dear Church Leaders & Laity... Please plan, prepare and sacrifice if you need, to do something special for your Pastor/Leader in 2021. If y...ou only knew how many were stressed out, anxious, on the verge of depression, feeling inadequate, hiding grief, feeling the weight of the pandemic, racial injustice and a disappointing government leadership all on their shoulders as they faithfully did their best trying to keep it together for those they lead while being forced to adapt to change overnight. Seriously, you have no idea this pandemic has affected ALL pastors. If your pastor continued to preach and do ministry despite everything, you need to something special for them. It may not seem like much but your pastor was up many nights in 2020 trying to figure things out and adjusting even in ways they were not comfortable or use you.
