Do not forget the gate. We have many offerings that provide ease of access and easy closing and locking functions. We also have gates that will close on their own so you do not have to worry about pets getting out accidentally.
Chain link fencing was first manufactured in the U.S. in 1891 by Anchor Fence. However, they had been produced by machines in an industrial manner since 1844 by the UK company Barnard, Bishop, and Barnard in Norwich.
When it comes to chain-link fencing, you have several options to choose from: galvanized steel, slat, and PVC coated. Galvanized steel is bare wire, slat fencing has plastic rails woven into the wire for privacy, and PVC coated fencing has been treated with a vinyl coating that protects against rust.
Love the idea of a chain link fence but not the utilitarian metal look? Consider painting the chain link portion of the fence once it's been installed. This can be done quickly and easily with a paint roller.
While today home owners and businesses can choose from a selection of fencing materials - including aluminum, stainless steel and PVC - wood remains a material of choice for quality fences that offer a welcoming and natural appearance.
One trademark Colonial American fence is the worm fence. Here, spare logs (leftover from clearing the land) are laid on top of one another at an angle, which effectively eliminates the need for posts of any kind.
Because the gate is the weakest link of any fence, we use durable and quality hardware for all of our gate/fence installation jobs to ensure a long lasting fence and gate that will not be at risk for sagging or moving out of alignment.
When selecting a fence design, choose one that matches the architecture of your house. Properly designed, a good fence complements your home's look, and gives a sense of having been there all along.
Did you know that chain link fencing is also called Cyclone or Hurricane fencing? This is a great option if you are looking to enclose areas such as a playground, school yard, sports field, or pool areas.
Did you know that chain link fencing is available with polyester or vinyl coating? This type of coating is available in a huge selection of colors and extends the life of chain link fencing by offering protection against corrosion and rust.
Are you planning to keep larger animals like horses or livestock on your property? If so, the typical fence materials used on other properties may not be sufficient.
Workmanship warranties vary by contractor, and we, along with the American Fence Association, suggest asking about warranties before selecting a contractor. The manufacturer provides warranties for the fence materials and we warrant our craftsmanship.
When it comes to our chain link fencing, we offer plenty of options. Standard fencing comes in heights ranging from three to twelve feet, but we can easily customize your fencing to meet your specifications and needs.
