We have a few buyers now, so let's capitalize" Sadly enough a property not staged, rushed, nor properly marketed will NOT get the must money for the client. Which is the duties of the Broker therefore Agents as well. We encourage our Agents to strengthen their business models by purchasing items for their business that will strengthen their abilities to lead clients to the closing table rather than dragging them. We encourage our agent to buy a book, or a new lens for pictures, a new A frame sign for marketing, Marketing stickers, something that will enhance the clients HOME which is our ultimate priority.
