Looking for something to watch? Check out a new episode of Craft in America on PBS, entitled DEMOCRACY, which includes a segment on the Iroquois Confederacy and its influence on the founding documents of the United States. Featured in the episode is Mohawk artist, Carla Hemlock. The Iroquois Confederacy is discussed in a segment at the Smithsonian Renwick Gallery and Hearts of Our People: Native Women Artists, a landmark exhibition that explores the artistic achievements of Native women and establishes their rightful place in the art world.
