Due to the current situation and the imposed regulations, we will be temporarily closed until March 31st. We are contacting all currently booked customers to reschedule for a future date. Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update At Serenity Salt Cave, we place our customers health and safety above all else. During this coronavirus (COVID-19) health emergency, we’re doing everything we can to protect our customers. Newly implemented procedures to follow upon arrival for your appointments: ... - Our Salt Cave Service now has a limit of 5 people maximum per session. - We are eliminating blankets. Due to the temperature control of the room, please feel free to bring your own blanket. - Additional cleaning and sanitizing per session, for our whole facility, including, but not limited to: -Sanitizing of door knobs, handles and hand rails in-between each group/session -Sanitizing of counters, window sills and ledges in-between each group/session -Sanitizing of chairs in-between each group/session - Implementation of Social Distancing by no longer hand shaking. - Upon Arrival, Please leave your jacket in the vestibule and wash your hands in the bathroom before entering our lobby (located to the left after coming through our doors). - For the time being, we will not be providing water bottles. Please feel free to bring your own water. This item must leave with you. - Hours of operation are staying the same but private reservations are available at a discounted rate, upon request.
