Exciting News! Dear Valued Guests, I am so very excited to announce that I will be returning to work at Innovations Spa on June 26th! I have missed you all so much, as well as my second home. As many of you know phase 3 allowed nail and other spa technicians to open back up, yay! ... Unfortunately for a few personal reasons I was not able to start back up this week and I apologize for that. Thank you for being patient and understanding. I am so eager to get back to you all and will be working my normal Monday-Saturday until I get caught back up, so I’ll have tons of availability. I am just starting to reach out to customers I had to reschedule at the beginning of March as well as customers I had to cancel a few weeks ago due to the change in phase 2. You can STILL reach out to me and I can book your appointment for my first availability. I want to say thank you again from the bottom of my heart to all of my customers who helped me in the many, many ways you did throughout the past 3 months. You don’t understand how much that meant to me and my family (Kyle and the pups of course) Thank you so much for sticking with me, for your continued loyalty and flexibility. Important Update! To all of my customers who have or are trying to book an appointment, I’m so sorry to anyone who scheduled with me for this past weekend or this week. As of this past Thursday evening (5/28) the night before I was planning to go back to work it was announced that only hairstylist would be a part of phase two. I quickly reached out to my weekend appointments and waited to see if we would find out more on why we weren’t opening or if maybe it was a delay in in...formation. We did not! At this time it has NOT been announced as to when nail salons/ OR other technicians can return to work or what phase we will be included in. This was as much of a shock to me as it was to all of my fellow coworkers who could not return to work as planned and I’m sure all of you! If I have not contacted you the front desk will be calling all of my appointments in regards to this change and cancel your existing appointment. Thank you again for your patience! I will absolutely let you all know when I get the official green light, no maybes this time, and get you all booked according to how you all were booked originally. Hope to see you all soon! I don’t think I’ve ever had this many range of emotions over an entire week. I know I’m not alone but mentally preparing to go back as well as actually preparing/cleaning took a lot out of us all but there was still light at the end of the tunnel knowing we would be getting back to all of you, our clients whom we’ve missed so much. Now to find out the night before that phase 2 was not starting and this morning finding out we (nail techs and other technicians) have been take...n out of phase 2 completely was a punch to the stomach to say the least!! It looks like we will have to wait until phase 3 at least, whenever that may be! So sorry to all of the customers I have booked. I’m thankful I didn’t go out further than next week just in case this happened! I support keeping everyone safe and I’m happy for all my hair stylist friends that will be able to get back to work when phase 2 reopens. Everyone please respect the new rules and help them return on a positive note! They are doing everything at Innovations to ensure this can happen. I won’t be contacting anyone at this time just know that all appointments have been cancelled at this time until further notice. Once I find out we have a definite go ahead for nails I will be reaching out. See more
