This same student made my day in a different way the following AM, with a text. He saw his Columbia U. neurologist and she was all jazzed up when she saw that his shoulders were less tight than any time she saw him previous to his 4 lessons with me . His neurologist said, I’ve never seen your neck and shoulders in such a good state.... this time there were no knots, (which I had felt myself, when I palpated his upper back during our 3rd and 4th lesson). ****In the time of the global pandemic (and horrible West Coast fires too), there has been increased awareness of air quality. Drawing on my epidemiology background, some of you have asked me for air purifier recommendations. To bring in the new decade, I decided to leave Felix home in bed and ventured out solo. It was my very 1st time in Times Square on NYE, though I arrived >4 hours after the ball went downon my frigid frolic home from most wonderful parties Walked past the clean-up teams hitting the streets.
