Jessica Bishop is teaching ballet! from Jess: Soo, for the last few months- I've been dreaming of teaching an adult beginning ballet class. This class on zoom and it's for absolute beginners. My focus of the class is to help you build long lean muscle, develop ballet technique and build new brain pathways to clear out the 2020 fog. It's on Tuesdays and Fridays (TONIGHT) at 7:30 PM EST.
