We provide non emergency medical transportation for all Medicaid patients. If you have Medicaid Insurance, call 1855-360-3550 and ask for S & G Transport. We are open 7 days a week, 24hrs a day 365 days a year. If you need any assistance please call 848-0801 and ask for Mark and we can help you arrange transportation.

We are proud to have one of the largest coverage area of any private Medical Transport company in Upstate New York. Our 25 vehicle fleet allows us to cover all of Fulton, Montgomery, Herkimer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Albany, Oneida, Syracuse, Onondaga, and Rensselaer counties. Our fleet consists of roomy 4 door sedans, 6 person minivans, and larger passenger vans if needed. We have certified mechanics on staff that maintain all of our vehicles on-site to keep every vehicle in perfect running order.
