Shadows Spotlight! Meet Niko - our favorite Greek! If you’ve ever had the pleasure of dining with Niko as your server, you know that his warm & bubbly personality are sure to make your dining experience amazing. When he’s not providing the best service in town, Niko enjoys spending time with his wife & son, playing soccer, & fixing up his home. His favorite Shadows entree is the NY Strip Steak, which he’ll gladly pair with a margarita. Niko’s favorite part of working here... is getting to work alongside a great team. (He said it, not me...) Niko came to America just 8 years ago from Macedonia, Greece - and boy are we glad he did! His hard work ethic, caring attitude & all around fun persona brighten Shadows every day he works.
