One of my most loyal and hard-working coaching clients just wrapped up after four years of coaching together. Hiring a coach is announcing to the Universe, "I am ready to do the hard work of transforming my life for the better. My dreams are worth it." I know because I hired my own coach this year. Paid more than I thought I could, and am getting so much back already. Articulating my value proposition, learning new coaching skills, modeling myself on a more advanced professional in my field, getting accountability for some scary-exciting new growth I want to bring to my business.... Feels good to be on the receiving end ;-)

Two years ago today, I walked away from an advertising agency job and hung up my shingle as a full-time Coach. I feel so much fulfillment from the work I do, so lucky to have been guided to this destination. Sure, sometimes I miss the teamwork and the financial perks of my old gig, but those will come as I continue to manifest my Vision for my coaching practice: 1. Life and career coaching for creative professionals... 2. Executive coaching at creative companies 3.
