In addition to volunteering our time at the warehouse, Local 83 presented a check on behalf of our members, for $1,700 dollars to Capital Region Toy for Tots Director Kathy Lincoln, pictured here receiving the check from Apprentice and US Army Reserve Veteran, Justin Taylor

Another week, another class of SMART Army Apprentices volunteering at the Toys for Tots warehouse. After working all day these young men and women showed no let up in doing what needed to be done to get those toys sorted, bagged, and ready to ship! We are extremely proud of all of our Apprentices who showed up this week and last. Shoutout to their Instructor, Larry Hebbard.

Thanks to our Members we were able to donate another $500 dollar check to a community in need. Thank you to the volunteers and staff at the Salem food pantry for all you do for the community.
