Duties include but not limited to: prepare vacant apartments (cleaning, painting); snow removal; general repairs. Assist in all aspects of the property's maintenance, (grounds, exterior, custodial, preventative, corrective & emergency). Physical demands: ability lift 50+ lbs; standing, bending, lifting, kneeling, twisting, perform installations at awkward angles; tolerate cold & hot weather. Work environment may include loud noises, dust, dirt, &/or minor hazards. Requireme...nts: Willing to perform any task that is required; great attention to detail; dependable; good safety habits; good communication skills; confident, positive, motivated, professional attitude; interact with a wide range of people; have own basic tools; work 40 hours a week plus; work as a team with ability to work independently. Schedule is Monday thru Friday 8am to 4:30pm. Benefits are paid time off and health insurance. A waiting period does apply. Pay based on experience. Email resume to sherbrook@pobox com
