Over the past several months, our Design Team (made up of diverse voices from throughout our company that drew on our organization’s history, their combined insights, and survey data from our network), leadership team, and Executive Team have engaged in a thoughtful process that has yielded a new vision and refreshed mission and core values. Along with our sister org Acelero Learning, we're eager to share these collective creations, which are both profound and unique to who we are as an organization.

This belief is central to a new report from Trust for Learning; 'Measuring the Quality of Early Learning Environments' puts forth that an early childhood program cannot be considered high-quality without equity of access, experience, and opportunity, resulting in equitable outcomes for all children and families. Today we celebrate the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and both reflect on and honor his legacy of civil rights and social justice. Dr. King committed his life to leading us through the darkness. His words of faith and optimism continue to inspire all of us to pursue his dream of a world in which children will not be judged by color of their skin, but by the content of their character." We must continue his work as steadfastly as he would have and continue to do the work towards creating a just, inclusive, and equitable world.
