This begins tomorrow !!! 7 week Chakra series. This Chakra Series (7 Classes, Mondays from 6-7pm) is an all levels class that combines movement and soothing meditations for deep healing. A journey of asanas (poses) that progressively moves from the base of the spine to the crown of your head to eliminate blocks and balance chakra or energy centers for optimum emotional and physical well-being. Great prep for the hectic holiday season. Starts Monday, November 8th, with the la...st class on December 20th.. Instructed by Kristi Lee. Kristi Lee is a certified yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance, lover of craft beer and People Person at Strange Design Public House in Geneseo, NY. A student of yoga for over 25 years she aims to help others tap into their personal power and live with intention. Through the use of asanas, meditation and crystal grids she inspires others to look inward, creating calm and peace. In her spare time she enjoys being with her family, snuggling her fur babies and gazing at the moon.
