On the day after memorial day in 1990, I open my doors for the first time. ShipRite started as a mailing and packing company and evolved into a nationally recognized, award winning software company. Over the 30 years I did continuously operate mailing and shipping stores. I want to thank all of my loyal customers who have stuck with me all these years as the ShipRite program developed and evolved. You are my real friends. Special thanks to my brother Gary who helped boots...trap the software end of this. Thanks to long time employees like Mersad (15 years), Elvedin (14 years) and Oleg (23 years). Former employees Elaine, Tony and Scott also deserve a shout out. I could not ask for a better team than what we have now. Watch for our launch of Smart Lockers and Smart Mailboxes. 30 years ago, on the day after Memorial Day, ShipRite opened for business! I remember going for 2-3 months with 2-3 customers per day buying a single stamp or sending a fax. I went to sleep one day and said I better change gears or say goodbye to my new business. I hired a part time employee, Elaine Yee and later my lifetime bro, Tony Calarco and things took off. Thanks to my brother Gary, who helped me launch the software venture a couple years later. I also had 3 stores by 1996. Its been a hell of a ride. And thanks to all my employees over the years. A special thanks to the many software customers who have stuck with me over thick and thin over many years. I consider you personal friends. Here's to the next 30 years! Thanks to the Federal Government for the PPP Stimulus check I just received. It will go 100% to my employees. They will all receive raises!

The scammers are working overtime. Just had an elderly lady come in with 2 packets and asked me if she should put them in an envelope. She had taken sheets of paper and wrapped them around 2 objects that were about 2 inches thick and the exact size of currency. I asked her what was in it, and she said cash. I said to her "you know you are being scammed, right?" She says NO, it is going to an attorney. I asked what was the purpose. She said it was an investment that her nephew recommended. I said "Let me guess, you get double your money in a week". Yes she said. But she said her nephew recommended it. I told her it was not her nephew and she was being scammed. I told her to call 911 to verify. She went to her car and left. These people are bastards...

As info, ShipRite is working a full staff. Our hours of operation have not changed. Tech support is still open Mon-Fri 8am - 9pm EDT. The only change is our staff will be working from home. In fact, the cleaning lady called and said she will be working from home too. She says she will send me instructions on what to do.....
