Catskill Brewery in Livingston Manor is seeking applicants for a production position of Cellarman. This job includes cleaning tanks with a CIP system, transferring beer, working with chemicals, carbonating beer, cleaning and filling kegs and using a pallet jack/forklift. No brewing background needed, but prefer individuals with a production background. Must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn. Heavy lifting involved and must be able to stand twist and bend in both hot and cold environments. Must be able to stand for a 8 hour shift. Previous experience working with previous fermentation tanks is helpful. Ability to use a forklift is helpful. Willing to train the right candidate.
