Still thinking about you all through this crisis: remember that martial arts can be practiced solo. Patterns are the best way to stay focused going forward, and all the warm-up and cool-down exercises should hopefully become a way of life every day. Stay healthy, stay clean, and stay away from others, using the 6' rule. The NY primary vote has been moved to June 23: check back to see if April 28 will be open again
