Sinatra & Co. is hiring a marketing intern for the 2021 spring semester. This individual will work closely with the Director of Marketing to create and manage digital marketing campaigns, using platforms and methods like email marketing, PPC, SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing. This is an entry-level position. No previous digital marketing knowledge is required, and training will be provided on the job. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: S...ocial Media Posting and Research: Implement social media strategy and calendars for multiple properties through automated social media platforms such as Hootsuite. Research relevant hashtags, profiles and posts to strategically target or share. Assist in creating and planning organic social media campaigns. PPC Monitoring and Keyword Research: Report performance of PPC campaigns to the Director of Marketing daily. Email Marketing: Design and A/B test email variations for automated email drip campaigns for multiple properties. Update monthly corporate e-newsletters. Digital Marketing Campaign Reporting and Maintenance: Download and monitor leads for ad campaigns. Compile data across several platforms and multiple properties for weekly reports. Report daily performance to the Director of Marketing. Complete weekly performance reports for all properties and teams. Content Marketing: Create and write posts on WordPress. Conduct staff interviews to create blog posts from. Project Management: Coordinate with staff on marketing campaign updates and work with teams to ensure all projects are completed by deadlines set in Asana or Gantt charts. Conduct weekly digital presence audits of all properties and work with teams to ensure information is up-to-date. Job Requirements: Possession of or working towards Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

The ideal candidate is open to working the 3-11pm shift, if possible, or some combination of weekday and weekend hours. You must be willing to share in emergency calls after hours... and weekends which are compensated at a higher rate. This opportunity is available immediately and includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: Plumbing: repair, replacement or installation of faucets, pipes, hot water tanks, toilets, garbage disposals, dishwashers, water-dispensing refrigerators, and washing machines. Electrical: repair, replacement or installation of power switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights, ceiling fans, climate control systems, and garage doors openers. Drywall repair: includes filling in small holes caused by nails and minor dings from normal wear and tear. Painting: includes some damage repair. Appliances: repair, replacement or installation of major household appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers, range ovens, washers and dryers, hot water tanks, and air conditioners. Groundskeeping: includes tidying up the grounds, replacing light bulbs along pathways and parking areas, some sweeping or raking leaves. Cleaning/housekeeping: includes maintaining a tidy appearance in shared community locations, such as the leasing office lobby, clubhouses, and fitness or recreational areas also includes cleaning fixtures, floors and other surfaces in vacated units before new renters assume occupancy. Snow removal: includes shoveling, blowing or plowing snow away from covered walkways and driveways, and laying down rock salt atop icy surfaces to prevent slipping. Customer service: includes professional, prompt and courteous correspondence with renters when scheduling and providing maintenance services, and with contracted vendors that provide additional facility services. Time management: includes maintaining an organized scheduling and tracking system on a computer to effectively complete all maintenance requests in a timely manner. To be considered for the position, candidates MUST meet the following qualifications: Must have 1-2 years’ experience painting, plumbing, and HVAC. Must have valid Driver License and dependable vehicle.
