Our hearts go out to the family and friends of Erica Faye Watson. That's Erica second from the left in the poster and that's how we will remember her. She was fierce and a tremendous force in the body positivity movement before it had a name. Her one woman show was groundbreaking. We feel blessed to have had the opportunity to work with her on Sistas on Fire. Not only was she in the play, but eventually went on to direct it. She is responsible for commissioning the artist who created our logo.She was our biggest supporter in the beginning, and she had plans to bring the play to the Chicago area. Erica may be gone from this world, but the fire never dies.#goneneverforgotten #rip #ericawatson
