Sometimes the holidays can be a little chaotic time. Not sure if anyone else relates? Here are a few questions I'm asking myself and that I would encourage you to ask yourself as we move into 2021 with more intention. Does your space feel cluttered or disorganized? If yes, what are a couple of steps you can take to allow energy to flow better? ... Look around. Does your space contain things that make you feel happy and motivated? If not, how can you add in more of those things? Have you had enough time recently to focus on things that bring you fun and joy? Hobbies and self-care rituals you love? If not, how can you make time for more of these things moving into 2021? What and who is truly important to me? How can I nourish these areas of my life moving forward? 2020 was one of the biggest lessons for me, especially as a New Yorker. My heart and soul are part of the concrete streets, and I can't imagine myself anywhere else. The sense of community and kindness that came from us all collectively. We're still here. Stronger, together. 2020 and all it brought taught me to look at my surroundings and recognize even more the impact of the collective and the state of the planet. ... There were moments when I was on my knees, sobbing, and moments filled with pride, joy, and wonder. As we move into 2021 (and beyond!), I'm looking forward to finding out what the future brings.
