Having entered phase 2 on Long Island, our office has began taking in office appointments effective this week. Masks are required and also will be provided. Additional measures, such as sanitizing, limited waiting periods, and limited contact with staff and other clients, will be in force.Of course, for your convenience, we are still doing telephone consultations as well as telephone signings and curbside signings. We hope that you are all healthy and staying safe!

In the meantime, we do want to let everyone know that Executive Order 202.14 enacted yesterday allows for remote execution of Wills, Health Care proxies, Power of Attorneys and Trusts.
