Assalamualikum my beloved brothers in Islam, we all love each other for the sake of Allah (SWT). Most of us used to see each other once a day or once every 2-3 days or at least once a week in the Masjid (Sunnyside Muslim Center). Brothers, because of Corona virus (Covid - 19) pandemic crisis our masjid shut down. We don’t know when masjid will be open again for regular activities. I am sure we miss each other a lot. ... This Coronavirus makes us to realize that how closer we are to embrace our next life via death. We losing our Muslim brothers almost every week. Brothers, we can’t go to masjid and give donation. But we can still make donation to the masjid while we are at home. I would suggest, get a box or something to put money and donate at least 1(one) dollar a day for the sake of Allah’s house. Specially whoever has the kids, give your kids a chance how to make donation to the Masjid. That’s how our future generation will learn about donation. I would like to remind myself and all of you that ‘Donation’ or ‘Sadakah’ is the biggest weapon to pass through this critical moment. At last, please keep in touch in this What’s App group. Write something, at least say Salam. This is the only way we know, how is everybody doing. Let us pray for all mankind and make lot of ‘Isteghfar’ every moment to Allah (SWT). May the almighty Allah forgive all of us and keep us healthy and pious in this critical time. Ameen Ya rabbal alameen
