It’s been about two weeks since construction opened up in #newyorkcity and everyone at SMI is adjusting well to the new on-site PPE parameters. So well, in fact, that the @nytimes decided to get our take on the new normal in high-end residential construction. Link in bio for the article.

#tbt because it's always fun to revisit an old project - especially one that helps to summon spring a little earlier. This knockout home was designed by @stevengambrel but this time, it's in Old Westbury. Luckily for the homeowner, the formal dining room came with original @graciestudio wall coverings. Before construction started, we carefully removed them then reinstalled the originals at a later date. Image: @obertogili
