Parents/Guardians, As a Diocese, we will be utilizing an online attestation form. This needs to be completed PRIOR to your child(ren) entering school on a DAILY basis. You must fill out one form for each member of your family. The link is https://entry.neric.org/rcdaschools. Please bookmark this website to complete this important step daily PRIOR to your child entering the building. It is imperative for reporting purposes that you complete these steps. The link is also on our SMI website (in red at the bottom of the homepage) In addition, there are QR codes available to scan if in the event you forget. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
